Aside from brushing your clear aligners twice daily with a toothbrush and toothpaste, we highly recommend soaking them at least once a week in an antibacterial solution. Each time you remove your Invisalign^® aligners, rinse them under cold water only to maintain hygiene and prevent buildup. Proper care ensures your aligners stay fresh, clear, and effective throughout your treatment.

Your aligners should stay in your mouth at all times, including night time. If you’re worried about discomfort while you sleep, don’t be, as your aligners are custom fitted to your teeth you should experience only a discomfort after you have changed to new aligners. The rest of the time little or no discomfort is experienced.
